What is Saintz, exactly?

Our own service built on Claude and ChatGPT: a browser app for each, which you can install on your phone, and an API gateway for your own tools, all on one account. It is a Saintz product. We are not Anthropic or OpenAI, and we are not affiliated with them.

What can I use today?

Both. Claude in Saintz and ChatGPT in Saintz are open to every account, under the same sign-in, so there is nothing extra to register for.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. New accounts start on a short free trial with the Sonnet models, Sonnet 5.5 included, so you can try it before you pay. When you are ready, message us to move onto Pro or Pro Double.

How is this different from a normal Claude subscription?

The models are the same family. What is different is the workspace around them: files it can open and edit with visible diffs, artifacts you can open and publish, projects, scheduled jobs that run without you, connectors, and a gateway so the same account works from Cursor or your terminal.

Can it run commands on my computer?

No. The web app only reads, searches, edits and writes files inside that chat's own workspace on our server. Never your machine, and never a shell. If you want a terminal agent, that is Saintz Code, which runs on your computer and asks before anything risky.

What happens when I hit a usage limit?

You get a clear message and the exact time the window reopens. Nothing is quietly switched to a weaker model. Both windows are visible in the app the whole time, so it should never be a surprise.

Is my data private?

Your chats, files and memory live on the Saintz server, in your own isolated account, and are never shared with another account. Conversations in Claude in Saintz are never used to train a model. You can export everything as Markdown at any time. Like any hosted service, the data is readable by whoever administers the machine.

Does it work with Claude Code and Claude Desktop?

Yes, and with Cursor, Aider, Continue, Codex CLI, the official SDKs and plain curl. Create a key in Settings, point the client at Saintz, and you are done. There is a step-by-step guide for Claude Desktop inside the app.

How do I get an account?

Create one at saintz.my/signup: enter your email and a password, and we email you a 6-digit code to confirm the address is yours. If you already use Saintz, sign in with your email or username, plus your authenticator code if you turned on two-factor.

How do I subscribe to a paid plan?

Create your account first, then message us on Threads or WhatsApp with your account email and the plan you want, and we will move you onto it. There is no card and no auto-renewal: you pay for one month at a time.

Can I cancel, and what happens to my data?

There is nothing recurring to cancel, because you pay a month at a time. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for, and your conversations stay where they are. Export them whenever you want.
